IT Project Manager and Team Lead at Delfi Meedia, leading AI strategy on the side. Background in organizational behavior, plus a fair amount of time writing and shipping code. Most of my work sits between people and systems. I fix how teams operate and figure out where AI helps instead of slowing everyone down.

I keep AI work practical. I have seen enough "AI initiatives" go nowhere. Mostly I run workshops where people learn to use AI without overcomplicating it, and ship small agent-style automations that remove repeatable work. Quick wins over vague transformations.

At Delfi I lead the IT team behind Piletitasku, a ticketing platform. We made online most of the sales and grew revenue 25% last year while improving the system. That is the metric that matters. I have also built products from scratch and run them in production on Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, and AWS.

Before all this I mostly worked in the public sector, partly tied to Estonian law enforcement. Not related to tech, but it changes how you handle pressure. Fewer things feel urgent after that.

I build things people use. I pay attention to whether something saves time or just sounds impressive in a meeting. The second one happens more than it should.
